Chuck has been tattooing since 1995. 

​

After moving to the Harrisburg area in the late 90’s and working at several shops, he decided that it was time to head out on his own. 

​

Never Say Die Tattoo opened for business in October of 2008. After leaving Permanent Impressions Tattoo after about 10 years, with a love and dedication for the art of tattooing and a strong background in the industry Never Say Die Tattoo was born.

​

In June 2024, Chuck decided to close Never Say Die to bring his focus back to the art that he loves so much and not on running a shop.

​

Chuck is now tattooing out of True Self Tattoo in downtown Mechanicsburg, PA.

​

Chuck's standards are maintained under the utmost care for sterilization, cleanliness, and comfort. He is Bloodborne Pathogens Certified. He uses only single-use tray setups and needles. He will do everything within his power to make sure your visit to the shop is a pleasant one.

 

Chuck loves doing Black and Grey work most of all, but does not have a problem working with color.
